This machine is suitable for testing the bending performance of mine cables, which is in line with the 6.1 standard requirement of MT818.1-2009.
3. Main Technical Parameters
A. Specimen bending fixture radius: R150±10mm, R200±10mm, R250±10mm can be replaced.
B. Test speed: 0.2 ~ 1 m/s adjustable.
C. Sample length: 4.5 meter long sample.
D. Alarm detection: When testing, as long as any cable is broken or equipment is short-circuited, the buzzer will have an alarm prompt.
E. Count device: 1 ~ 999900 set, when the count reaches the set point, it can stop automatically.
4. Installation and Test
(1) Intercept the sample from the finished cable, and the length of the sample is about 4.5 meters.
(2) operation steps:
A. Install the sample, disconnect the power before testing.
B. Pass the test cable through the fixture (as shown in Figure 3). The fixture is fixed at the movable end and the fixed end of the test machine.
C. When the cable is connected, each line of the two terminals must correspond.
D. After the above operation is in place, press "reset" to make the mobile end return to its original position. At this time, eight groups of on-going lights will be displayed. (Note: In this process, if a group of wiring cores are short-circuited or broken, the short-circuited or broken indicator will be displayed, and the buzzer will also alarm. At this time, the sample needs to be checked.)
E. Press "start", the sample core will do bending movement, the test begins. The specimen is bent once every time, and the number of bending times is counted. (Note: if there is an abnormality in the test process, we need to press "stop" to stop the test.)
F. This testing machine can do up to eight groups of tests. No matter how many cables are tested, as long as any group of cables is broken or short-circuited, the corresponding indicator lights will be displayed and the alarm will be given at the same time. Therefore, it is necessary to make the eight groups of wires on the wiring row form a loop. For example, if only one cable is tested, the wiring row will be on its own. Its short wiring should be connected with the first one. If two cables are measured, the other short wiring on the wiring row can be connected with the second one, while the short wiring between the first and the second can not be connected (because the two have been connected, if the short wiring will be short-circuited).
G. Check the fixing clips of the cable samples at any time during the bending process to prevent loosening.
H. After the test is finished, turn off the power and arrange the test equipment for the next use.
(3) Test results
When the cable is bent to a specified number, the conductor will pass through the test if the conductor is not broken or short circuited.
