Flammability / Combustion Tester / Test Chamber for Building Materials

1. Application

It is applicable to test whether building materials are flammable under specified conditions.

2. Standards

GB/T8626 "test method for flammability of building materials".

3. Main Parameters

(1) Configuration: The test machine is composed of control box, combustion box, burner, solenoid valve, high-pressure igniter, signal control line and sample support.

(2) Supply voltage: AC220V ± 10%, 50Hz;

(3) Gas purity: > 95% propane gas (customer supplied)

(4) Flare time: 0 to 99 minutes and 99 seconds can be set.

(5) Hold up time: 0 to 99 minutes 99 seconds can be set.

(6) The burner size is: the burner is composed of a nozzle with an aperture of 0.17 mm and a regulating valve, and is provided with four 4 mm air suction holes.

(7) Flame height: 20 ± 2mm;

(8) Burner inclination angle: 45 degree

(9) Ignition system: high voltage electronic ignition, automatic ignition and reset.

4. Equipment Structure

(1) The machine structure consists of two parts: combustion chamber and control box.

(2) Size of combustion chamber: L700 * W400 * H810 (mm)

(3) Chassis Material: Combustion box adopts high quality (t = 1.2 mm) 304 non-steel plate, NC machine tool processing molding, beautiful and generous arc shape.

(4) The control box adopts high quality (t = 1.2 mm) static steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with plastic, which is more bright and beautiful.

(5) Torch: made by our company, brass materials, fully comply with the requirements of the GB/T8626 standard.

(6) Other mechanical parts are made of 304 stainless steel or A3 material, thickened and electroplated, corrosion resistant and antirust.

(7) The system has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable performance, simple operation and so on.

5. Conditions of Use

(1) The surface is smooth and well ventilated without inflammable, explosive, corrosive gas and dust.

(2) There is no strong electromagnetic radiation nearby.

(3) Adequate maintenance space is maintained around the equipment.

(4) Temperature: 25 ~ 35 ℃.

(5) Power: AC 220V / 50HZ.

(6) Voltage allowed fluctuation range: 220V ± 10%.

(7) Frequency allowed fluctuation range: 50Hz ± 1%.

(8) Users are required to configure air and gas sources with corresponding capacity for the equipment at the installation site, and to have a power supply, which must be used independently and exclusively for the equipment.
