1. Application
Thermal insulation materials temperature testing equipment is applicable to the evaluation of the maximum use temperature of insulation products such as loosely filled insulation materials, felts, carpets, blocks, plates and prefabricated insulation tubes.
2. Standard
Comply with GB/T17430-1998 "Evaluation method for maximum use temperature of thermal insulation materials".
Relevant standards are not equivalent: ASTM C411-82 "Test Method for Hot Surface Performance of High Temperature Insulation Materials" ASTM C447-85 "Method for Evaluating Maximum Use Temperature of Thermal Insulation Materials", and Appendix 8 of ISO 8142:1990 "Determining the Maximum Use of Prefabricated Mineral Cotton Shells" Test method for temperature.
3. Main technical parameters
3.1. Heating plate: Made of USU304 stainless steel, the test area is 900*450mm, surrounded by protective layer and width 80mm.
3.2. Heating tube: made of SUS304 stainless steel, length: 2M
3.3. Temperature measurement system: The diameter of the thermocouple wire is 0.40mm, the measurement temperature is 0-1100℃; the temperature is collected by PLC+ module.
3.4. Control part: PLC module is used to control the hot surface temperature curve in real time and output the report.
3.5. Heating rate: 5℃/min or 3℃/min can be set.
3.6. Temperature collection: collected every 2 minutes and displayed by curve;
3.7. Thermocouple response time: < 0.5s
3.8. Temperature error: ±1℃
3.9. Timing error: 1 s/h
3.10. Computer: A set of computers and a printer. A set of test software.
3.11. Equipped with flat and feeler gauges: measure warpage.
4. Product Features
High-quality SUS304 stainless steel, processed by CNC machine tool, the arc shape is beautiful and generous. It has the characteristics of beautiful rust and anti-corrosion.
Other parts are made of 45# steel, surface thickened plating/SUS304 stainless steel.
