1. Application

 

Ozone is rare in the atmosphere but a main factor for rubber crack. This product simulates and strengthens the ozone condition in the atmosphere, studies of the law of ozone reacting on rubber, and quickly identifies and evaluates the anti-ozone aging performance and the anti-ozone agent protection efficiency of rubber. Reference standard: GB/T7762-2003 vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber ozone cracking resistance static tensile test, GB/T 2951.21-2008 cable insulation and sheath material general test method, GB/T 11206-2009 rubber aging surface cracking test method, and other relevant standard test methods.

 

 

2. Machine Platform Structure

 

(1) Refrigeration System

3. Working Principle

 

(1) Constant temperature and ozone control system, SSR control in PID mode.

 

(2) The temperature signal of the dry ball is input into the controller by A/D conversion, and the PT-type temperature-sensing input signal is fed to the temperature control table. At the same time, the PID controls the SSR heating work, so that the heat and humidity can pass through the uniform test box of the air supply system so as to achieve the constant temperature regulation.

 

(3) The standard of static tensile test stipulates that the two ends of the sample are clamped on a special clamp, and one kind of elongation is selected to stretch, generally 20%. The clamp is installed on the rotating sample rack. The rotating speed of the sample rack is between (20-25) mm/S, and the temperature is (40±2)℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 65%. The test is carried out under the prescribed ozone concentration. Check the cracking condition of the sample after the prescribed time. The general ozone concentration was selected (50±5) x 10-8.

 

(4) The dynamic tensile test standard stipulates that the sample fixture can automatically stretch and reset the sample, and the tensile frequency is 0.5±0.025 Hz. The two ends of the sample are fixed on the special fixture to make the sample cyclically stretch from the elongation of 0 to the maximum elongation. The fixture is mounted on the rotating sample rack, and the rotation speed of the sample rack is (20-25) mm/S. Under the prescribed ozone concentration, the fixture is cyclically stretched and repositioned at a temperature of (40±2)℃. Relative humidity is not more than 65%. After the prescribed time, the cracking of the sample is checked. The general ozone concentration was selected (50±5)℃ x 10 - 8. Dynamic tensile tests are divided into continuous dynamic tensile and intermittent dynamic tensile tests.
